It warm for northern Quebec , considering last week all nights were bellow freezing.

I’m guessing technically he’s fu rther north than me, but I’m guessing i’m clo ser to the tundra than he is.

I’m a 7 hour drive nor th of Montreal, 8 hours from Toronto.

Something like 90% of the population is 100kms from the boarder. And I’m a good 800-900kms  from the boarder. I’m in a gold mining region. I also work for Canada largest open pit gold mine.

Finally figured out how to get an accurate reading of my temperature from nws using long/lat numbers. Just plugging in “Malibu” into Google is useless considering it’s a solid 10 degrees cooler by the water, but that varies depending on the wind.

Gonna get real hot Monday through Wednesday but thanks to drier conditions it should cool off at night still then. Would be good beach weather if it weren't for the Corona hoardes on a holiday weekend.

Wunderground can be useful if someone had one of their residential stations nearby. My wife's uncle lives in Calabasas, so I know what you mean about the weather out there

Haha yeah in the valley there, it's even wilder how much warmer it is. It's not all that far either but it's easily another 10 degrees hotter there if not more most days. I've seen a 30 degree difference more than once from the shore to Calabasas. I'm hoping here at the house it never gets that hot and keeps within that 10 degree difference range. I've never seen it hotter than 80 down by the beach in Malibu so I won't fry up here hopefully.
